Congratulations to our Service Super Hero contest winner, University of Texas at Arlington!

The MavElite team at University of Texas at Arlington, made up of campus tour guides, admissions assistants and telecounselors, won the $1,000 Baudville bucks with 162 likes on the Baudville Facebook page! Brittney Joyce nominated the team and had lots of great things to say about the group’s attitude and performance:

Baudville’s Service Super Hero contest is officially underway! Thanks to over 40 nominations, the contest is going to be close!

Vote for your favorite customer service team by liking Baudville on Facebook. Then, you can vote for your favorite team by liking their picture.

Don’t know who to vote for? Read the carefully crafted stories to learn more about the different customer service teams and their super skills.

To increase your chance to win, encourage customers, coworkers, friends and family to vote for you! Share the contest information on your Facebook page, your company intranet and via email! Voting will be open until 11:59pm Sunday, September 26.

Customer Service Week is annually celebrated during the first week of October, and each year, we usually get into a celebratory spirit at Baudville. Our Spirit Team plans activities every day, we recognize each department’s role in the customer experience, and we give special recognition to our front line employees.

But not all companies celebrate Customer Service Week like we do, so this year we decided to spread our Customer Service Week spirit beyond our four walls. Starting today, you can nominate your team in our Service Super Hero Contest. If you team picture and story receives the most likes on our Facebook page, you’ll $1,000 Baudville Bucks to spend on the recognition items of your choice!

Plus, your customer service team will receive some great recognition for their hard work. It’s really simple to enter. Write a short paragraph explaining what makes your customer service team great and send us a team picture. You can do all of that on our website. You have until Friday, September 17 to enter.

The Baudville Customer Service Teams created sample entries for the contest to get the ball rolling. Check them out to get ideas for your team picture and paragraph.

On Monday, September 20, we’ll post all the pictures and stories on Facebook, and the voting will begin! The team that receives the most likes by September 26th will be our winner! The teams who come in second and third place will also receive great Baudville gifts for their team.

Outbound and Tech Teams

“As the Manager of the Baudv!lle and IDville Outbound Teams as well as the Tech Department, I overhear and listen to many customer interactions – from the start of the sale to the close and also to the more technical assistance calls. My team is AWESOME because they strive to do their personal best everyday and make sure they are giving our customer’s the best service possible, AND we have a great time doing it.  The Outbound teams make and receive tons of calls a day – asking questions and learning more about our customers, so we can be there to help them when their next big event comes up – we make it easy for our customers to recognize and award their own employees. John and Allen are extremely patient and make sure that our customers understand the ins and outs of our printer systems so they can use them effectively and are satisfied.

Baudv!lle includes  Andrea, Ryan, Michelle, Crystie, Carl, and Myla – an extremely fun, yet competitive sales team.  We always find time to joke and have a good time while making as many customer contacts as possible. 

IDville includes David, Joel, and Brandon – these guys may be quieter but are just as fun and competitive while they are busy selling systems!  The IDville technicians are John and Allen –always pleasant on and off the phones!  I have received many customer compliments regarding each person on the team regarding the high level of customer service they provide.”
