Longtime Baudville friends will remember that we once sold a book by the same title. Since that book is no longer for sale, we decided to share the 60+ team activity ideas with all of you, for free!

The original Team Up! book was composed of six chapters covering activities for recognition, teams, customer service, milestones, ice breakers, and energizers. There are great ideas in every chapter! Because there was so much in this book, we decided to make it available for download by chapter. That way, you can download just the activities you’re interested in. Right now, you can download the chapters on recognition, teams, and customer service. The remaining three chapters will be available in early February.

Why should you download the Team Up! eBook? Each activity was submitted by a recognition practitioner or professional who used the activity themselves and claimed it a “winner.” It’s like asking 60 of your closest colleagues for team activity ideas for a meeting or special event.

We’ve briefly talked about these on the blog here and here when we’ve come out with new designs, and we currently have four versions for you to choose from, including a set for nurses and teachers.

Print and Posts are a fun and free way you can recognize your employees and teammates because not all recognition has to be serious and formal. Have some fun with it! Cut out these fun sentiments and post them around your office for coworkers to find. Post them in unique areas like the bathroom stall or a co-worker's windshield.

A fun way to give daily recognition, Print and Posts are easy to use:
1. Print the page of funny sentiments.
2. Cut out your favorite.
3. Post it for your recipient to find.
4. Let the good times roll!

Today we posted two new sets of Print and Posts in our Recognition Resource Center ! If you are unfamiliar with our Print and Posts, go download them. Now. They are a free and fun tool to use in your office to say thank you, make someone smile, and give the entire team a little boost of morale.

They are super easy to use, too.

1. Print out one of our Print and Post sets.
2. Cut out the individual sentiments, following the dotted line as a guide.
3. Write a personal note on the back. (This step is optional. Print and Posts are fun without a note, too.)
4. Tape/post to someone’s computer monitor, office door, locker, etc.
5. Listen for the chuckles!

Today we added new versions for Teacher Appreciation Week and National Nurses Week. They are fabulous! Even if you don’t work in a school or doctor’s office, you can use these to recognize your favorite teacher and nurse.

In our office, the Print and Posts appear as if by magic on individual computer monitors, leaving everyone wondering who has been doing the posting.
