Employee Appreciation Day was Friday, I’m proud to report that, at Baudville, we did it right! The day was a huge success!

Our Baudville Winter Olympics provided a great day of team building, improving employee morale and had employees feeling appreciated all over the place. We had fun. We laughed. We celebrated. And most importantly, we ate.

Why does Employee Appreciation Day work for us? Because we don’t do it just one day a year, but we make employee appreciation a fun part of our culture.
