“As the Manager of the Baudv!lle and IDville Outbound Teams as well as the Tech Department, I overhear and listen to many customer interactions – from the start of the sale to the close and also to the more technical assistance calls. My team is AWESOME because they strive to do their personal best everyday and make sure they are giving our customer’s the best service possible, AND we have a great time doing it.  The Outbound teams make and receive tons of calls a day – asking questions and learning more about our customers, so we can be there to help them when their next big event comes up – we make it easy for our customers to recognize and award their own employees. John and Allen are extremely patient and make sure that our customers understand the ins and outs of our printer systems so they can use them effectively and are satisfied.
